Vedanā (pronounced VAY-dunna) is Pāli for raw physical sensation, which can be objectively observed in meditation to provide insight into the impermanent nature of all things.
Yeah, pretty much all the time. I wake up with a tune-of-the-day in my head, and sometimes it'll get swapped out for others, and sometimes it'll just stay all day. Right now it's Stray Cat Strut, but that's because I was swing dancing earlier this evening. This trick might be useful if you get tired of it and want to try to turn the music off.But whatever you do, don't listen to this song. (Reading is probably safe, as long as you don't know the tune.)
Jingle Bells.Don't know why, but for like 10-11 years now Jingle Bells (or the popular parody, Batman Smells) has been somewhere playing in my head.
My trick is Anapana.
